  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

  2. Process for Returns

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at pineiro@pineirojewelry.com or (786) 449-4610 with your order details and reason for return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  3. Refunds

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value, based on availability.

    • Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

  6. Delivery Returns

    • For delivered items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
